Terms of Service & User Agreement

By accessing, browsing, or connecting a cryptocurrency wallet (including external wallets or embedded smart wallets) to Bitix.exchange (the “Platform”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you (“User” or “you”) expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease accessing or using the Platform.

Bitix.exchange operates purely as a decentralized, non-custodial software interface to underlying blockchain protocols.

• The Platform does not take custody of, hold, store, or manage any user funds, private keys, or digital assets at any time.
• All transactions, swaps, and token transfers are directly executed on-chain via automated smart contracts.
• You retain sole and absolute responsibility for maintaining the security of your wallet credentials, private keys, and account recovery phrases.

You explicitly represent and warrant that you are NOT a national, citizen, permanent resident, or entity located in or operating from any restricted jurisdiction.

A. Explicitly Prohibited Countries & Territories

• The United States of America (including all US states, territories, and possessions).
• The Islamic Republic of Iran
• Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (North Korea)
• The Republic of Cuba
• Syrian Arab Republic
• The Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson, and Zaporizhzhia regions.

B. Sanctioned & Restricted List Provisions

You certify that you are not listed on, or affiliated with any individual or entity listed on, economic or trade sanction lists maintained by OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control), the United Nations Security Council, the European Union, or His Majesty’s Treasury (UK).

C. Local Law Compliance

You certify that your access to non-custodial Web3 protocols and cryptocurrency swapping does not violate any local laws or regulations applicable in your current legal jurisdiction.

To satisfy international protocol compliance, anti-abuse policies, and regulatory verification requirements:

• Upon agreeing to these Terms, the Platform automatically logs your consent timestamp (UTC), wallet public address (or unique platform identifier), network metadata, and connection IP context into an audited immutable ledger (user_consents).
• This record serves as binding evidence of your representation and agreement to these terms prior to interacting with smart contracts on Bitix.exchange.

The Platform is provided strictly on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Bitix.exchange disclaims all warranties, express or implied. Under no circumstances shall Bitix.exchange be liable for smart contract bugs, network congestion, gas fees, or market slippage.
